Now Hiring - Regional Sales Operations Manager in Saint Cloud, MN

We are growing our sales teams here at ATS - and with that we are looking to add someone to support the growth and development of our ATS Logistics sales teams.
“Simply put, what would I be doing?”

This individual will be driven by working with and analyzing data, and using that information to coach our sales managers and make improvements in their processes. This person will be a key part in coaching and improving our sales team.

While sales can be one of the highest earning careers out there, it's safe to say the first year comes with its challenges. They build a book of business from the ground up, and that can be difficult. This Regional Sales Operations Manager will work directly with the sales managers to see where improvements can be made in the process and where additional training is needed.

Did you know that if trucking stops, within 2-3 days food shortages would escalate and supplies of essentials like bottled water would start to disappear? Talk about a big responsibility and even bigger impact!

“What does it take to be successful?”

- A background in sales

- Logistics/Transportation experience

- Excellent ability to analyze data, spot trends and make recommendations

- Strong problem solving skills and results driven

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Strong sense of integrity

- Ability to travel on occasion to our ATS Logistics regional offices
